1. Agreement
By downloading, installing, or using LocalPDF Kit ("the Software"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to the End User License Agreement presented on first launch of the application.
2. Trial
The Software offers a 7-day free trial with usage limited to 5 pages and 3 files at a time per operation. No account or payment method is required to start a trial.
3. License
A paid license grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the Software on the number of devices permitted by your plan (Single Device: 1, Multi Device: up to 3). Licenses are sold as a one-time purchase covering the current major version and its updates — not a subscription.
4. Restrictions
You may not resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or redistribute the Software or your license key. Sharing a license key beyond your own permitted device count may result in deactivation.
5. Refunds
If the Software doesn't work for you, contact us within 14 days of purchase at support@localpdfkit.app and we'll work with you on a refund.
6. Warranty disclaimer
The Software is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Software, including loss of data or files you process with it.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Software after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
